TEF is happy to partner with Get Away Today to provide Tooele County School District (TCSD) families with discount tickets to the “happiest place on earth,” Disneyland! In return, Get Away Today donates a portion of the proceeds from TCSD family purchases to TEF to improve and enhance education in TCSD schools.

Get Away Today also donates several vacation packages to TEF which we award to teachers throughout the year. Tammy Rigby, a TCSD teacher, was the most recent recipient of a TEF and Get Away Today vacation package.

It’s time for the mid-year Get Away Today catalog distribution to TCSD elementary students. If you are planning a trip to Disneyland this year (my family is going to celebrate my daughter’s high school graduation!), then make sure you review the catalog for great discounts and information. If you do not have an elementary school student, there are Get Away Today catalogs available at Heritage West Credit Union. Just make sure you enter the TEF account number on the catalog when you purchase your package so that our TCSD students can receive the much-needed funds.
